Before I became a sleep consultant, I lived the same life my clients do now, managing a calendar that felt like a constant battlefield. In 2019, the cost of that lifestyle became undeniable:
at just 27 years old, the unrelenting stress left me with chronic tinnitus. It was a wake-up call that forced me to realize that sacrificing your biology for your business isn't grit—it's just bad management.
Driven by the need to find a real solution, I became a certified sleep coach in 2021 to help others navigate the same path. I dove deep into the data to develop the BODY ASSET MANAGEMENT.
